Lil Durk Acquitted on All Five Federal Murder-for-Hire Charges, Breaks Silence: "Freedom. Freedom. Freedom."

Lil Durk is a free man. After three days of deliberation, a federal jury acquitted Durk Banks on all five federal murder-for-hire charges, closing the biggest case of his career.

Prosecutors had alleged Durk ordered a hit targeting rapper Quando Rondo — a plot they tied to the 2022 killing of Saviay'a "Lul Pab" Robinson in Los Angeles — as retaliation for the 2020 killing of King Von. Durk denied it throughout, and the jury agreed.

His defense team, attorneys Drew Findling and Brian Steele, secured the full acquittal.

Durk breaks his silence

In his first statement since the verdict, Durk kept it faith-first and forward-looking:
