USA Today reports that a video showing cockroaches crawling around a LongHorn Steakhouse kitchen in Georgia has gone viral — and the story behind it is WILD.

🍽️ The Last-Day Mic Drop

The video was recorded on Aug 19 by Sean Headley, a then-employee of the East Point, Georgia location — and he posted it on his last day. The footage shows roaches in the kitchen, overflowing trash cans, dirty floors, and — this is the nasty part — servers eating food off plates before serving them to guests. 🤢

Headley told WSB-TV and FOX 5 Atlanta that the working conditions were "inhumane" — and said he raised health-hazard concerns with corporate and was dismissed.

📋 The Inspections Tell a Story

Here's where it gets messier. The East Point location got a Sept 11 health inspection score of 78 out of 100, with violations for handwashing, plumbing, and food storage. A Sept 14 follow-up scored 99 out of 100.

Three days between a 78 and a 99? Either they cleaned house in a hurry or somebody really needed that re-score. 👀

🗣️ LongHorn Responds

LongHorn told USA Today that the issues have been addressed and new leadership has been placed at the restaurant.

Cool. But the internet already saw the roaches. 🪳📱
