Taylor Dropped the Encore — 4 Brand-New Songs Out Today

Taylor Swift just gave the fans the encore — literally. THE LIFE OF A SHOWGIRL: THE ENCORE arrived today, Friday, September 25, expanding her 2025 blockbuster with four brand-new songs: lead single "Patient Zero," "Cleveland!," "Pink Clouding" and "Babylon."

Swift wrote the new tracks with Max Martin and Shellback in Sweden after the album's record-breaking first week, saying the deluxe was "born out of pure gratitude." And "Cleveland!" is a clear nod to husband Travis Kelce's hometown — a little love letter baked into the tracklist.

"Patient Zero" leads the deluxe, and its self-directed music video — starring Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell — premieres this Sunday, September 27 at the MTV Video Music Awards, where Swift will also receive the first-ever Artist Director Honor.

The new songs are her first original music since her July wedding to Kelce at Madison Square Garden — and proof the biggest first week of her career was just the opening act.
